Colab Cold Brew

Colab Cold Brew is a Mexican cold brew company on a mission to make the world’s most delicious and most sustainable cold brew. It’s made in Mexico City with direct-trade natural coffee from Guerrero. Coffee grounds are composted after the cold brew is made.

Together with my partner Javier Castaños, I started Colab Cold Brew from scratch in 2016, a time when there were no bottled (or canned) cold brew options available in Mexico City. As co-founder and Brand Director, I took the lead on brand development, packaging design, copywriting, eCommerce, creative strategy, marketing, and event strategy.

I led end-to-end product development for six products and go-to-market strategy for the first two.

Colab has been featured in Food & Wine, Coolhunter, Time Out Mexico, & L’Officiel.
